The NCAA basketball tournament has been held annually since 1964.
But this year, for the first time, it’s actually a real event.

The word “tour” was added to the tournament name as a nod to the fact that this tournament is only a one-day tournament.2.
The event is sponsored by a major pharmaceutical companyA major pharmaceutical brand is sponsoring the tournament, with Johnson & Johnson being one of the sponsors.3.
It includes some of the biggest names in high school sportsThe top teams will be selected by national media.
The top-ranked teams will face off against the best teams from across the country in a two-game, double-elimination tournament.
The final is slated for July 24.
The winner of the tournament will receive a $1 million prize.4.
The tournament will feature some of college basketball’s most talented athletesThe top players in the country will be competing for the $1,000,000 tournament title.
