Facebook’s annual summit of high school students will kick off next week in Colorado, and the company has released an update to its “100 million” milestone.
Facebook’s annual “100 Million” summit has been held in every year since 2008, with the goal of giving high schoolers a chance to see the social network’s success and potential.
The summit, which runs through February 6, will feature more than 100 speakers and include talks on topics ranging from the future of the company to how Facebook can be used in schools.
The summit, held in the Grand Canyon, draws nearly 1,000 high school alumni, as well as parents and teachers, who will share what they learned at the summit.
This year’s event will also feature a “30 million” audience, who Facebook says is the largest audience of its kind.
Facebook will also offer a variety of activities, including a “community panel” to discuss how to build a community around Facebook.
